• When you register as a customer when purchasing a product, we will ask you to provide limited personal information, as required by EU law.
• We may use cookies and other technologies to keep track of your interactions with our websites and services with the purpose of collecting usage data in order to improve our websites and services.

Product Information

• When using automatic updates in Peltarion software, it will connect to a Peltarion update server in order to download the latest information. Information such as version of software, lists of installed product components and license information may be sent to the update server in order to download the correct updates.
• If the user chooses to send bug reports to Peltarion through the software, technical information relating to the bug may be sent.

Credit Card Information

• Peltarion never directly handles credit card information. All transactions are handled through our payment service provider Samport.

Uses of Information

• We do not give, sell, rent or lease your personal information (including e-mail) to third parties.
• We use your personal information to provide the services you request.
• We use the technical information and anonymous website information we collect to improve our products, services and website.

Information Storage

• All personal and technical information is stored on Peltarion's servers and is not accessible by third parties. Credit card information is processed and temporarily stored by our payment service provider, Samport. Peltarion does not have access to that information.
• User passwords are hashed when they are registered (transformed into a unique key) so that the plain text version is not stored anywhere nor can the plain text version be recovered.
• We use the technical information and anonymous website information we collect to improve our products, services and website.
